Payments

All payments are processed by our merchant Sagepay who are responsible for transactions on the website. All Credit card details are entered on a secured page and are transferred using SSL for safety.

Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide! 

 You will receive an email when your goods have been dispatched with an estimated delivery date.

We dispatch all orders within two working days. Please allow 30 days for delivery – if your order is delayed we'll notify you immediately.

If we are unable to deliver your goods to you within 30 days we will contact you and organise an alternative or offer you a refund. We are not liable for any loss caused by late delivery. All our deliveries are signed for so ensure that someone is available at the address you provide when your order is delivered. If your order is returned to us because the courier could not deliver your parcel or because you didn't arrange to collect your order from their offices, you will be required to pay an additional shipping/admin charge before we can resend your items.

If you have initially supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you will also be required to pay a second postage charge. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time you will receive a full refund.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

  • Online:

If you wish to return your order within 14 days of having received your goods you should email us and send the item(s) back with the Returns Slip filled out accordingly. Return delivery is to be paid for by you and the package your responsibility until it reach us. For peace of mind we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery.

We can only accept items in their original packaging that have not been worn as returns.

  • Instore:

Goods bought within our stores can be exchanged within 28 days providing you have the original receipt and the goods are in the same condition as when they were purchased.

Extra Stuff

We cannot accept returns on underwear, jewellery and cosmetics for hygiene reasons.

Items purchased on the website cannot be returned instore.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
