  • How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major UK credit & debit cards and Paypal.

  • Do you accept cash, wire transfers, or Western Union transfers?

  • How do I return an item?

If you wish to return your order within 14 days of having received your goods you should email us and send the item(s) back with the Returns Slip filled out accordingly.

  • I have received incorrect or faulty goods, what do I do?

If you discover a fault, please contact us with:

The order number
The faulty item's name and code
A description of the fault

  • When will I receive my refund?

When we receive your goods back, a refund will be processed ASAP via the same method that you paid with. Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to appear back in your bank account once we have processed them.
